Enjoyable Moments

Although I enjoy cooking, I don't cook often. Why?

1. My mum is particular worried about me cutting my fingers.
2. Ingredient constraints as I am not the one marketing.
3. Cooking methods constraints ...
4. The kitchen is my mum’s territory or personal space…not so nice to intrude.
5. Position and responsibilities within a family…
6. Others, maybe ...

However, there are times that I do get to do it. For example, my today's creation 醋溜高山娃娃菜, country style yet exotic in taste, most enjoyable!
